Feedback for GM Shmanington/Big issue in FFXIV game pissing me off

Yeah, reported someone in game earlier today due to harassment, but honestly I wasn’t all too happy with how our conversation went down.

It felt like everything I said had an automated reply, even when I said something ahead of time, they still had to give me a cookie cutter reply

You can also Blacklist a player from the chat window itself by accessing the drop down menu from their name and selecting ‘Add to Blacklist.’

And I tried to say more after that, only to get no reply at all from the GM

I’m really unhappy with how they responded to what I said in general, as well as the fact that I have reported this bloody issue countless times now and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ABOUT IT

So thanks SE for the cookie cutter reply, and letting this issue persist for months and months of it being reported. I LOVE it when that bloody message appears across my screen every time I log in, and every time I go into/leave an instance.

THIS IS WHY I HATE REPORTING PROBLEMS.
